Terms of Service

Last updated June 10, 2026. These terms govern your use of ReviewGrowth, a Quantlix product.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ReviewGrowth(the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and "you" means that business.

2. The Service

ReviewGrowth helps local businesses collect customer ratings, route happy customers to their public Google review page, and receive private feedback from unhappy customers — via QR codes, links, and a hosted rating funnel.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed per location on a recurring basis, plus any one-time setup fee shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe); we never store your card details.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period runs to its end and is not refunded except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Founding-member discounts stay attached to your subscription for as long as it remains active.

5. Acceptable use & review-platform compliance

ReviewGrowth ships in Compliance Mode by default: every patron is invited to leave a public review and is also offered a private feedback channel. You agree not to use the Service to mislead consumers or to violate the policies of any review platform (including Google's prohibition on review gating). If you explicitly enable any legacy non-compliant mode, you do so at your own risk after an in-app warning, and you remain solely responsible for the consequences on your listings. We may suspend accounts that use the Service for spam, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to probe or disrupt the Service.

6. Your data & your customers' data

  • You retain all rights to the feedback, ratings, and customer details collected through your funnels. We process that data on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect feedback from your customers and for honouring their privacy rights.
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to operate and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Quantlix and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service while you have an active account. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law permits.

8. No guarantees about reviews or rankings

We help you ask more customers for honest reviews — we do not and cannot guarantee any particular number of reviews, star rating, or search ranking, and we have no control over decisions made by Google or any other platform.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantlix disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these terms (with notice and a chance to cure where practical). On termination, your funnels stop working and we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
